THRIVE TRACKER: CRON JOBS NOT RUNNING Open

I am installing the thrive tracker in one of our servers, and it doesn't seem to be working.

I think The problem is that the cron jobs are being run from the wrong folder. I need someone who can take a look and help me fix this.


For someone who knows about this this shouldn't take long.
