Looking for an experienced programmer who can create pdf resume templates dynamically. Convert HTML to PDF file is also possible. If not libraries like Apache FOP should be used. The way of generating PDF doesn't matter. You can use any technology. However, it should follow PDF standards and should be compliant. Feel free to discuss more.
