Header bar missing from website (Wordpress) Open

The header of my site disappeared from my site a couple of days ago. Not sure what happened. We installed the backup, but nothing.


It's obviously a theme issue, but we can not solve it.


nobody was working on the site at the time. See attached for before and after...


Help!


P.S. I don't really what a new one placed in there, I want to understand what the issue was and fix it.
