Digital magazine developer Open
Looking for someone to develop a online digital application or app to make our magazine available digitally. Since it's a children's magazine the kids would have to download and print the activities as well. I honestly don't know anything about this sort of technology but highlights magazine has an app for their children's magazine that looks terrific. Can someone make something like that? I have a years worth of back issues I would like to put on the digital market. Also since I don't know anything about developing applications I also don't know what a reasonable budget is so please let me know!
