Make a Ranking site Open
I am looking for an experienced web developer that can make a site where companies are ranked by users. Users will be able to review each company with comments and stars. They will then be ranked by stars. There will be 3 categories, upcoming, running and old companies, each company will have a timer/schedule which will move it between categories. I have a site i want it to resemble, I will show it to the person hired.
Users must be able to submit a new company for review, rate companies, comment on companies, reply to other user comments. Admins need the ability to put a verification ico on the username of the official company account so when they reply to comments people know it is real.
There are more features but I want the person we hire to take security into account. We will consistently be under attack. This website must be coded from the ground up, I do not want open source code glued together to make it work. Please only apply if you know what you are doing.
