Google Analytics Management API development Open

I am looking for a developer with skills in working with the Management API. Specifically, we need


1) Our users come to our web application

2) They click on connect to Google Analytics

3) We do an oAuth and get a token

4) We then use this token to list the profiles/views and let user select a single view

5) We then add a user to the relevant property in GA


Looking for someone skilled and experienced for this.
